Muncan Special, our signature salami, is made of pure pork shoulder and then stuffed into a beautiful honeycomb casing. It is a semi-dry salami, so it’s unique in that it is perfect for both a sandwich and a platter.

We want to update everyone on our upcoming Holiday Schedule. We will be closed on Christmas and New Years Day, but will re-open on Sunday 12/18/2016 to give our customers an extra chance to get their holiday favorites!
Our Tarska Bacon begins with a pork belly – deboned by hand – and after dry-curing, is then smoked for 72 hours. It is then rubbed with our blend of spices and beef blood, then smoked again for another 24 hours providing a very unique and unforgettably delicious taste. This is not only a favorite of ours, but also of Andrew Zimmern who had this to say:
